Following the announcements by Government, Bassetlaw will be moving into TIER 3 (Very High Alert Level) from the 2nd December. Business Support Grants
Following the previous Tier system and national restrictions, the Government announced a number of different grants to support businesses that either had to close, or were impacted by the restrictions. So far we have paid out £1.7 million in grants to around 560 businesses. The grant window for applications closes at 5.00 pm on Friday 11 December 2020. Local Testing Site
Bassetlaw residents requiring a COVID 19 test can now use a local testing site that is located at Central Avenue Car Park in Worksop. This is a walk in facility, but people can park in the left hand side of the car park and walk through. (Parking charges are suspended for the car park) The attached poster gives the key messages about the local testing site and more information can be found via: https://www.bassetlaw.gov.uk/media-centre/news/latest-news/worksop-walk-through-covid-19-testing-site/
